Reconciliation of religion and science

"In many writings of Abdul-baha, science and intellect are emphasized…"

Science and intellect in Abdul-baha's point of view:

1- In many writings of Abdul-baha, science and intellect are emphasized. In his speeches in western societies, he eulogized intellect and science and called them "light" (Addresses, vol.1, p.225) and believed that they are "the reasons of superiority of man to animals" (Addresses, vol.1, p.226).
He supposed that the things contradicted with intellect and sciences are "ignorance" and "darkness" (Addresses, vol.1, p.225, 226) and "mere fancy". (Addresses, vol.2, p.136)

From the beginning of the appearance of the Babi and Bahai dispensation, many were of the opinion that the czarina Russia wanted to reap the benefits of these circumstances to make division and discord among Iranians.
Introduction to Bahai

The belief in revelation of a redeemer existed in different ages of history. The prophets were giving glad tidings about dissemination of monotheism and justice in all around the world. They were giving good news about the establishment of the world wide government by the just leader of humanity who will make a protection from sedition and injustices. Giving this good news about the future of the world was among the most important duties of the prophets.
And from the beginning, there was a kind of enmity and hostility to the holy belief of Mahdiism. The prophet of Islam (peace be upon him and his family) introduced Mahdi (a.s) as the one who will establish the global government and take the charge of the affairs of the world, the one who will perish sedition and fill the world with justice and equity.
He was stressing that the promised Mahdi will be among his descendants.
He said: "Mahdi is twelfth Imam of shia, he's eleventh descendants of amir-al momenin Ali (a.s.) and ninth descendants of Hussein b.Ali (a.s.)".
After this clear introduction, the enmity toward kindred of the prophet Mohammad especially Imam Mahdi (a.s.) became more obvious.
In this article we are not to explain the beginning of these enmities. We just try to point to the recent oppositions against Mahdiism.
From about 160 years ago, the opposition against the promised Qa'em was manifested in the beliefs of a misled group called "Bahai". We're going to explain the arising of this group.

Advancing the Status of Women? Or only Men?

Amongst the many doctrines adopted by the Bahais to attract converts to their fold is the concept of "Advancing the Status of Women". Bahais are often found to shout themselves hoarse over this concept as if they were the first to put forth the concept of equality of men and women. The Bahais use this doctrine very aggressively to secure a place in the minds of the people of today's liberal world.

A film about bahai involvement in world politics and the military

“Bahais In My Backyard” is a documentary film that lifts the curtain on a seemingly "feel good" religion and its involvement in world politics and the military.
A retired Mossad agent, a CIA seducer, a carpenter, a religion expert and a dead scientist, are all characters in this scandalous, yet humorous investigative film, which combines classic straightforward interviews, with unique access to the Bahai gardens.

The Independent Investigation of Truth

This principle of the Bahai Faith is one of the oft-quoted statements any prospective convert would hear from the Bahai preachers. Reasoning and critical thinking leads one to the truth. Moreover, when one thinks independently, clearing his mind of past notions and ideas he will instinctively be attracted towards the truth. On this premise, the Bahais wish that all humans should leave their religious teachings aside and give a ear to the Bahai Faith. But the catch is, the Bahais do not permit investigation of the Bahai Faith. ...

Bahais in India - Espionage and Embezzlement

Recent developments in India regarding the Bahai Faith may come as an eye-opener for many. For long, I have maintained that the Bahai Faith is nothing but a front for Zionist activities, directed against Muslims. Ordinary Bahais and the populace at large may not be aware of the happenings behind the Faith. For them the apparent external good behaviour of Bahais is probably a sufficient cause to believe that Bahais are good in general and the Bahai Faith is progressive in nature. Hence this article will be unpalatable for many. However facts are unbiased and unprejudiced. They speak the truth and spare no person. Is the Bahai Faith really about peace and brotherhood? Or is it about embezzlement, illegal money movement and most importantly, espionage? Let us find out. ...

The Bahai Faith has introduced the idea of having an auxiliary language. This is an important Bahai principle which claims to be a step towards bringing world peace, as Abdul Baha has been quoted to have said: "One of the great steps towards universal peace would be the establishment of a universal language."

The National Spiritual Assembly of the Bahá'ís of the United States (NSA), located in Wilmette, Illinois, has called upon the United States District Court for the Northern District of Illinois, Eastern Division to hold in contempt members of minority Bahá'í organizations (the Orthodox Bahá'í Faith and the Bahá'ís Under the Provisions of the Covenant--two separate and distinct entities) who, the NSA claims, are in violation of an injunction its predecessor obtained some 40 years ago against a rival Bahá'í body. ...

The theory of the Manifestation of God - a strange theory quite alien to the Islamic world was concocted by the Bab and refined and supported by Bahaullah. According to this theory, the Divine Being would continue to manifest Himself in the form of religious preachers time and again. And each manifestation would be more complete and perfect than the previous one. This would be due to the changing requirements of humanity. ...

Introduction to Bahai Principles

I present this section on Bahai teachings to bring forth the truth of the Bahai Faith. My focus is to consider the 12 principles which is the focal point of the Bahai teachings. I have undertaken an objective study of these principles and found that the Bahai Faith has nothing to do with its teachings.
I have made this section for the seeker of truth and for all, so that one is not fooled by the high flying diktats of the Bahai teachings, but independently analyses them. The journey into the principles will only tell that they for public consumption, and lack an iota of sincerity and honesty.

The life and the times of Mirza Ali Mohammed Shirazi - The Bab

One may question the reason behind this series given that Bahaullah abrogated the religion of the Bab. However, readers will agree that to understand the Bahai Faith, one must dig deeper and verify the source of its revelation. Therefore it is important to establish the veracity of the Bab prior to establishing the truthfulness of Bahaullah. The Bahais claim that Bab was the forerunner of the Bahai Faith - and nothing could be closer to the truth than this. ...

One needs to go back in history to understand their unique beliefs to appreciate how the thought process of the Bab was fashioned.

The Bahais consider Ali Mohammed Shirazi, the Bab to be the return of the 12th Imam.

They place of lot of importance, and rightfully so, to the first declaration of the Bab. While there are many reports while talk about the declaration, most recent reports have focused on the date of the declaration, while opposed to the actual declaration made by the Bab. I have based this article on the reports which appear in Dawn Breakers, Nabils' Narrative translated by Shoghi Effendi and Traveller's Narrative by E. G Browne. ...
